Interesting voices wanted for Forum Theatre Radio Series

Noh Budget Films has been commissioned by Galaxy Radio 102.5FM www.galaxyafiwe.com to broadcast our innovative new interactive-participatory episodic community radio project in 2014.

We require a range of  actors and non- actors  in different ages and gender for the series.

The pilot series ‘492 Korna Klub’ focuses on an  Afro Caribbean family deciding to return back home, after 50 years of life in the UK. They run a community centre in their spare time near to where they live in South London. Their forthcoming silver wedding anniversary plans to handover their possessions to their siblings’ leads to difficulties. Staff at the community centre are up in a peril organising activities and events for survival.

The series explores the themes of family, community and social and political injustices. It also offers to illustrate the solutions to unite and heal the problems that exist and blight that community.

The original idea was conceived by www.tonycealy.com.

Ideally people who can create different character voices and have strong improvisational skills would suit the project best.
