iFeatures offers Low-budget Filmmakers Funding Opportunity – ‘Meet and Greet’ Event for BAME Filmmakers


Nadia Denton (The Black British Filmmaker’s Guide to Success) cordially invites you to a ‘meet and greet’ with iFeatures, Creative England and the BFI Film Fund.

iFeatures, the low budget feature film development and production initiative aimed at 1st and 2nd time feature filmmakers is back for its 3rd iteration! The initiative funded by Creative England, BFi, BBC Films and Creative Skillset opens for applications on: 27th January.

The initiative will see 16 projects go through development, culminating in 3 filmmaking teams being greenlit for production on a budget of £350,000 each. We are looking for projects with strong regional roots in the English regions outside of London.

As part of the launch the team are running events across the country to meet filmmakers interested in applying.

This is your chance to meet the iFeatures Exec Producer Christopher Granier-Deferre, members of the Creative England Film team and the BFI Film Fund.

The presentations will be followed by networking and refreshments.
